Silver Service
 This is based on the HSE's
Indicator Tool for Work Related Stress. This contains 35 statements
to which participants respond from "never" to "always". The results
are analysed and are presented in simple form indicating the number
of responses of each type and the % they represent.
Responses by participants
are made online and although anonymous we can build in questions
that will enable you to see the demographics of the respondents compared with the total workforce.
